After a brief stint in the Information technology industry, Mandar joined the family business and led the diversification of the group from a contract firm to a business with interests in Real Estate and Construction Technology. He is also Founder and Managing Director at Synergy Properties, a company focused on the weekend home and tourism.
Mrs Amruta Deogaonkar is a post graduate from the University of Texas. She completed her Bachelors degree from College of Engineering Pune and also has an MBA from North Maharashtra University. Amruta is an expert at swimming pool technology and was instrumental in leading the diversification of Jaisons Group into residential projects in and around Pune. She also leads Jaisons Foundation, a non profit for social welfare projects.
